Stand With Rohingya PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 23 November 2017 21:26

Donate after Friday Prayer

We have partnered up with The Stand with Rohingya Project, which is a five week campaign to raise awareness and humanitarian aid for those affected by the recent persecution and genocide crisis.

This initiative was pioneered by Arqum Rashid who currently serves as the Imam and resident scholar at the Islamic Society of Central Delaware in Dover, Delaware and the youth of Delaware. Arqum will personally travel with his team to Bangladesh to deliver the funds, effectively cutting out any administrative costs involved. 100% of the raised funds will be used towards the cause and in aid for the Rohingya people. Tentative dates of travel are December 12th-21st. Once in Bangladesh, he will be working alongside an organization formed by Bangladeshi Shuyookh and graduated Ulama from Al-Azhar University.

You can see them go live once in Bangladesh and see your contributions turn into essential resources like food, shelter, and a spark of hope for a better tomorrow. Insh’Allah!

Don’t miss our on an opportunity to be part of this great cause! Follow the flyer below to Donate or catch their table at ISD after Jummah on November 25th!

Feel free to contact them for any further questions!
